Biography

-Dr.J Vincent Xavier a student centered professor serving in the department of HRM St. Joseph's College (Autonomous) Trichy since June 2003.I have completed all my studies in the same institution. Also served as Assistant Director of S.H Hostel. In addition I holed an additional responsibility of Vice Principal from the year 2015 to 2018 for Shift II. My specialisation is HRM.I am a professionally trained Soft skill trainer. My area of interest is behavioural science.
