Biography
Dr. K. Arockiam currently works at the Department of Human Resource Management, St. Joseph's College (Autonomous) of Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. He had been Head of the Department from 2013-18 and now serves as a Dean-School of Management Studies. He does research in Human Resource Management related areas like Training and Development, Career Competency Skills for Industrial Aspirants with Engineering Students, Talent retention, and Enterprise Resource Planning. To his credit, he has completed Two Minor Research Projects from UGC and ICSSR respectively. He had conducted UGC and ICSSR sponsored National Seminars. He had attend an instensice research methodology course at University of Oxford, Londom in 2004. He has participated and presented papers in internaitonal conferences in University of California at Berkeley, USA and Seijo University, Tokyo, Japan in 2017 and 2015 respectively.
