Biography

Dr. J. Arputha Sahaya Raj, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Commerce CA, St. Joseph's College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli. He holds Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) and Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in HRM and Ph.D in Commerce. In his teaching career spanning 13 years both UG and PG level and taught various subjects in the specializations of Commerce and Management. He had 6 years Administrative experience in the academic Institution. He has also presented and published many articles, research papers in reputed journals at Regional, National and International levels. He has experience in conducting Motivational training's, workshops for students and youth. He is very much interested to involved in social activities, Social Empowerment programmes. He has also invited as resource person by various Colleges, Schools and Service organizations and associated with NGO's, Service Organizations around Regional, National & International. Objective : To work towards excellence, by acquiring and constant updation of my knowledge in the fields of Commerce and Management and to impart it to the younger generation, with moral, ethical values, to build good human beings and a caring our society.
